Hi! I’m Lisha Epperson, minister, movement specialist and Christian meditation practitioner.

In 2015 I followed a quiet, years-long vision and enrolled in seminary. I now find myself a writer, speaker and dancer, using all God’s poured – as I answer God’s call to ministry. No good thing has gone to waste, so very much has been redeemed.
Since 2019, I’ve served as pastoral associate at St. Peter’s Chelsea in New York City and was recently ordained as a priest in the Episcopal Church.
As part of my work I teach embodied practices (movement and faith-based meditation) to Christian communities. These therapeutic practices support overall wellness and help balance the demands of modern life. I offer movement workshops and quiet day retreats designed around these themes and share resources and tools to encourage a life long practice of self-care and spiritual formation.
I am also the founder of the Creative Arts Project a summer arts immersion camp for children aged 6-12. Read more about it here. and see what we’re up to this summer by following us on Facebook.
