The body is not an obstacle to prayer. It is the place where prayer happens.
I offer workshops, quiet days, and retreat experiences for communities ready to encounter God through embodied practice, contemplative formation, and the ancient wisdom of breath and movement.
Speaking
In The Waiting On infertility, adoption, and the faithfulness of God in delayed seasons
This is a testimony born from the most tender terrain of my life. I share transparently from a journey through infertility and loss — and how God met me in the waiting, led me through it, and transformed it into an unexpected and expansive experience of motherhood and grace. For communities walking through seasons of longing, loss, and unanswered prayer.
Movement Workshops
The Body as Praise: An Embodied Worship Workshop Beginning with a technical foundation rooted in ballet, modern movement, and contemplative practice, this workshop invites dancers and would-be dancers into the creative flow of a God who delights in the body. Students learn to offer movement as worship — connecting breath, gesture, and scripture in an experience of full-bodied praise.
Format: 1/2 hour warm-up + 1/2 hour guided choreography
Breath and Body: A Practice of Embodied Prayer A 20 to 30 minute guided practice using breath, body, and sacred text to align body, mind, and spirit. Seated, standing, or both — this session draws the whole self into an integrated experience of prayer. Live music accompaniment — singing bowls, cello — can be arranged.
Available as a standalone session or integrated into a retreat or quiet day.
